The OnePlus team today announced that they have started rolling out a new OTA update for the One that brings with it quite a few new features and fixes to some known issues.
On the features side, the 05Q build of CM 11S comes with SwiftKey and MaxxAudio by Waves, both of which were announced by OnePlus earlier. Post the update, OnePlus One owners will also be able to select between three autofocus options while recording videos: auto, continuous and infinity. There is also a new Touch Panel firmware included in this update, which should further improve the touchscreen performance of the One. In addition, the update packs a number of bug fixes that includes audio latency optimization, LED overlays, ANT+ library, system-wide support for WMA and AAC audio codecs and more. The full change log of the update is below: Overall, this update is pretty solid, though OnePlus One owners would have appreciated if OnePlus and Cyanogen Inc. had gotten their act together and rolled out the Lollipop update for the device, as they had promised. The update entered the QA stage earlier this month.
