The tickets, which are separate from regular D23 Expo Japan tickets, can be purchased between September 15 and 24 via a lottery raffle. The tickets are 1,500 yen and the announcement of the results will take place on September 29.
A Disney Japan account is required to sign up for the event when it opens.
What could they possibly announce that requires a whole separate event from D23 though? Big Hero 6 and the return of Baymax was already huge, so it must be something even more important and breathtaking. Maybe a Frozen world? We just have to wait and see, but, whatever it is, it’s sure to drive fans wild.
